Arguably the most beautiful stretch of land in the entire world is my former-home of California. Boasting 840 miles of rugged coastline, stunning valleys full of vineyards, 9 National Parks (more than Alaska!), the tallest peak in the continental US, old Western ghost towns, deserts breaking environmental records and a drool-worthy landscape of mountains after mountains after mountains.
